Tanto Naciones Unidas como la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional para las Migraciones calculan que cada semana se trasladan a las ciudades unos 3 millones de personas.<\/p>\n<p>Cada jurisdicci\u00f3n tiene sus propias prioridades de desarrollo, pero hay aspectos comunes universales para la construcci\u00f3n de t\u00faneles subterr\u00e1neos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ampliaci\u00f3n del transporte p\u00fablico para abordar las realidades de la densificaci\u00f3n urbana, la productividad en el lugar de trabajo y los criterios de emisiones urbanas.<\/li>\n<li>Garantizar la circulaci\u00f3n de agua y alcantarillado dentro y fuera de los n\u00facleos de poblaci\u00f3n para sustituir y mejorar las infraestructuras obsoletas, atender las demandas de crecimiento urbano y mitigar el impacto del cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/li>\n<li>Requisitos comerciales para el flujo de bienes y servicios dentro y fuera de las zonas congestionadas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda innovadora ha ampliado considerablemente la aplicaci\u00f3n de los t\u00faneles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un an\u00e1lisis geot\u00e9cnico mejorado permite comprender mejor las condiciones del suelo<\/li>\n<li>Los revestimientos de hormig\u00f3n permiten una mejor estabilizaci\u00f3n de las paredes de perforaci\u00f3n y una mayor seguridad<\/li>\n<li>Los sensores identifican los obst\u00e1culos para mejorar la eficacia y da\u00f1ar menos la infraestructura existente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dependiendo de las condiciones del terreno, la tierra extra\u00edda del t\u00fanel puede ser bastante l\u00edquida.
