{"id":73211,"date":"2019-07-23T15:02:26","date_gmt":"2019-07-23T15:02:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/metaflotech.com\/?p=73211"},"modified":"2022-09-21T17:06:11","modified_gmt":"2022-09-21T17:06:11","slug":"innovacion-en-el-mantenimiento-de-estanques-de-aguas-pluviales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.metaflotech.com\/es\/innovation-in-stormwater-pond-maintenance\/","title":{"rendered":"Innovaci\u00f3n en el mantenimiento de estanques de aguas pluviales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El omnipresente estanque de aguas pluviales .....construido a prop\u00f3sito, pero ahora ignorado e incomprendido.<\/p>\n<p>Los estanques por los que pasa cada d\u00eda de camino al trabajo o paseando al perro por la tarde no suelen estar alimentados por manantiales, sino que son masas de agua naturales dejadas por el retroceso de los miniglaciares del Pleistoceno. Estos estanques se han dise\u00f1ado en zonas residenciales y comerciales como herramienta para gestionar el agua y capturar las part\u00edculas procedentes del deshielo y la lluvia. El tama\u00f1o y el volumen de estos estanques de aguas pluviales vienen determinados por una serie de factores, el m\u00e1s importante de los cuales es la proporci\u00f3n de superficies impermeables de la zona, es decir, superficies que no permiten la penetraci\u00f3n del agua, como carreteras, calzadas, aparcamientos y tejados.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-81404 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.metaflotech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Stormwater-Pond-Solidification.jpg\" alt=\"Solidificaci\u00f3n de estanques de aguas pluviales\" width=\"782\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.metaflotech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Stormwater-Pond-Solidification.jpg 782w, https:\/\/www.metaflotech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Stormwater-Pond-Solidification-300x167.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.metaflotech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Stormwater-Pond-Solidification-768x428.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 782px) 100vw, 782px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El agua de la zona fluye hacia el estanque de aguas pluviales acompa\u00f1ada de residuos que se depositan en el fondo en forma de sedimentos. La mayor parte de estos sedimentos son arena, limo y arcilla procedentes de la erosi\u00f3n superficial, pero tambi\u00e9n pueden contener otros componentes menos respetuosos con el ser humano, como hidrocarburos y sal. El estanque act\u00faa como filtro para evitar que estos residuos lleguen a nuestros sistemas h\u00eddricos naturales y tiene un impacto positivo en la erosi\u00f3n al ralentizar el volumen y la velocidad del agua procedente de zonas de superficie impermeable.<\/p>\n<p>El mantenimiento continuo es la clave del \u00e9xito de esta herramienta de gesti\u00f3n pasiva del agua. Si se deja que los sedimentos se acumulen en el estanque y no se retiran a intervalos regulares, el estanque de aguas pluviales ya no podr\u00e1 funcionar como fue dise\u00f1ado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aqu\u00ed es donde MetaFLO puede ayudar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los sedimentos que se han llenado en el estanque de aguas pluviales con el paso del tiempo tienen una consistencia fluida y parecida al lodo. Este sedimento puede tratarse con dosis muy bajas de reactivo de solidificaci\u00f3n a base de pol\u00edmeros para cambiar la consistencia del sedimento a una textura m\u00e1s parecida a la tierra.
