La principal preocupaci\u00f3n del equipo de ingenier\u00eda fue c\u00f3mo lograr la compactaci\u00f3n y resistencia del suelo necesarias sin que la vibraci\u00f3n de la maquinaria interfiriera con las viviendas circundantes.<\/p>\n<p>Los m\u00e9todos tradicionales de estabilizaci\u00f3n requieren muchas pasadas de un rodillo compactador y una alta energ\u00eda de vibraci\u00f3n, lo que podr\u00eda causar molestias o incluso comprometer la integridad estructural de las casas cercanas.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, se necesitaba una soluci\u00f3n que pudiera proporcionar la resistencia estructural (CBR) requerida por el proyecto, garantizando a su vez un proceso de compactaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y fluido que demandara un m\u00ednimo esfuerzo mec\u00e1nico durante su ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f36c21;\"><strong>LA SOLUCI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La innovaci\u00f3n elegida para el proyecto fue SoilTech, un biopol\u00edmero avanzado de MetaFLO derivado de algas marinas.<\/p>\n<p>La principal ventaja de SoilTech en este escenario fue su alto poder lubricante. Al incorporarlo a la grava later\u00edtica amarilla, el biopol\u00edmero mejora el comportamiento mec\u00e1nico del suelo. Esto permiti\u00f3 que las part\u00edculas se asienten m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente, alcanzando una densidad ideal con un n\u00famero significativamente menor de pasadas de equipo y sin necesidad de escarificaci\u00f3n excesiva ni vibraci\u00f3n pesada.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f36c21;\"><strong>EL RESULTADO<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La eficacia de esta tecnolog\u00eda qued\u00f3 demostrada en la pr\u00e1ctica. La base tratada alcanz\u00f3 un CBR final de 133,91 TP3T, lo que supone m\u00e1s del doble de la resistencia del suelo natural (65,21 TP3T), utilizando una dosis m\u00ednima de cemento (21 TP3T).<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a la acci\u00f3n de SoilTech, el equipo ejecut\u00f3 la compactaci\u00f3n de forma r\u00e1pida y con bajo consumo energ\u00e9tico, garantizando la total seguridad y tranquilidad del vecindario.<\/p>\n<p>Pero los beneficios de SoilTech se extienden m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la fase de construcci\u00f3n y se reflejan en el rendimiento a largo plazo de la carretera. Incluso sin una capa de asfalto, la carretera se mantiene en excelentes condiciones despu\u00e9s de tres a\u00f1os de uso continuo, sin necesidad de aplicaciones adicionales, mantenimiento o
