Ces techniques reposent souvent sur une consommation d'eau importante, entra\u00eenant des co\u00fbts op\u00e9rationnels \u00e9lev\u00e9s et des d\u00e9lais de projet prolong\u00e9s. Pour surmonter ces probl\u00e8mes, il fallait une solution plus durable et rentable capable de stabiliser rapidement le sol tout en respectant le budget et les d\u00e9lais du projet.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #f36c21;\">Solution<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans le cadre de cette \u00e9tude, MetaFLO a appliqu\u00e9 0,011 TP3T de biopolym\u00e8re SoilTech sur une piste de 280 \u00d7 12 \u00d7 0,35 m\u00b3, afin de d\u00e9montrer le potentiel de cette technologie pour la stabilisation des routes. Lorsqu\u2019il est dilu\u00e9 directement dans un camion-citerne et appliqu\u00e9 sur la piste, SoilTech se lie au sol pour former un hydrogel, tout en am\u00e9liorant les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques du sol apr\u00e8s durcissement. Le sol trait\u00e9 a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une densit\u00e9 massique accrue, un meilleur compactage, une stabilisation renforc\u00e9e des couches et une imperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9
