Ce mat\u00e9riau est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement collect\u00e9 dans des bassins \u00e0 boues con\u00e7us pour recueillir les boues au fur et \u00e0 mesure de leur d\u00e9cantation et lib\u00e9rer l'exc\u00e8s d'eau. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que les boues s'accumulent avec le temps, ces bassins doivent \u00eatre nettoy\u00e9s. L'EPA locale souhaitait effectuer un test de perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 sur la doublure en argile du centre du bassin. Une centrifugeuse a \u00e9t\u00e9 envisag\u00e9e, mais ces bassins collectent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des feuilles, des chiffons et d'autres d\u00e9bris et, comme le s\u00e9diment est tr\u00e8s \u00e9pais, il faudrait ajouter de l'eau pour mettre en suspension le mat\u00e9riau us\u00e9 \u00e0 pomper vers la centrifugeuse, ce qui cr\u00e9erait d'importants maux de t\u00eate pour cette m\u00e9thode.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h3><i class=\"ion-android-bulb\"><\/i>Solution<\/h3>\n<p>Polpure, titulaire d\u2019une licence MetaFLO, s\u2019est rendu sur le site du bassin de d\u00e9cantation et a introduit un m\u00e9lange de polym\u00e8res r\u00e9actifs secs, le MF006, afin de solidifier les boues activ\u00e9es r\u00e9siduaires de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s rapide et efficace. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une pelleteuse pour incorporer le r\u00e9actif sec, 2 500 m\u00b3 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 solidifi\u00e9s en 4,5 jours avec un dosage inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 0,51 TP3T en poids\/poids. Ce mat\u00e9riau sec empilable a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une pelleteuse et achemin\u00e9 vers la d\u00e9charge situ\u00e9e \u00e0 8 km de l\u00e0. Les boues activ\u00e9es r\u00e9siduaires trait\u00e9es ne pr\u00e9senteront aucun risque de lixiviation pendant le transport et ne modifieront pas les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s analytiques du mat\u00e9riau.<\/p>\n<h3><i class=\"ion-android-done-all\"><\/i>R\u00e9sultat<\/h3>\n<p>La Municipalit\u00e9 \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s satisfaite du processus. Les m\u00e9thodes alternatives prendraient jusqu'\u00e0 8 semaines pour \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9es et ajouteraient un co\u00fbt de main-d'\u0153uvre important au processus de traitement. La cr\u00e9ation d'un produit sec sur site a permis \u00e0 la Municipalit\u00e9 d'\u00e9liminer le mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate et d'\u00e9viter le transport de liquides sur de plus longues distances pour traitement. Le barrage a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9gag\u00e9 et l'\u00e9chantillon de carotte pour l'EPA a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 en une semaine. Le processus \u00e9tait simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, ne pr\u00e9sentait pas les maux de t\u00eate associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l'utilisation de centrifugeuses, permettait l'\u00e9limination du mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 proximit\u00e9, leur permettait de r\u00e9pondre rapidement aux exigences de conformit\u00e9 et a permis \u00e0 la Municipalit\u00e9 d'\u00e9conomiser de l'argent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les stations d'\u00e9puration de Carbonne Shire, NSW, Australie, ont un probl\u00e8me avec leurs boues activ\u00e9es.
