La principale pr\u00e9occupation de l'\u00e9quipe d'ing\u00e9nierie \u00e9tait de savoir comment obtenir la compaction et la r\u00e9sistance du sol n\u00e9cessaires sans que les vibrations des machines n'interf\u00e8rent avec les habitations environnantes.<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9thodes de stabilisation traditionnelles n\u00e9cessitent de nombreux passages d'un rouleau compacteur et une \u00e9nergie de vibration \u00e9lev\u00e9e, ce qui pourrait causer de l'inconfort, voire compromettre l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 structurelle des maisons voisines.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, il \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire d'apporter une solution capable de fournir la r\u00e9sistance structurelle (CBR) requise par le projet, tout en assurant un processus de compactage plus rapide et plus facile, n\u00e9cessitant un minimum d'effort m\u00e9canique lors de sa mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f36c21;\"><strong>LA SOLUTION<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>L'innovation choisie pour le projet \u00e9tait SoilTech, un biopolym\u00e8re avanc\u00e9 MetaFLO d\u00e9riv\u00e9 d'algues.<\/p>\n<p>Le principal avantage de SoilTech dans ce sc\u00e9nario r\u00e9sidait dans son pouvoir lubrifiant \u00e9lev\u00e9. Incorpor\u00e9 dans le gravier lat\u00e9ritique jaune, le biopolym\u00e8re am\u00e9liore le comportement m\u00e9canique du sol. Cela a permis aux particules de s'\u00e9tablir plus facilement, atteignant une densit\u00e9 id\u00e9ale avec un nombre significativement r\u00e9duit de passages d'\u00e9quipement et sans n\u00e9cessiter de scarification excessive ni de vibrations intenses.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f36c21;\"><strong>LE R\u00c9SULTAT<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>L&#x27;efficacit\u00e9 de cette technologie a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9e dans la pratique. La couche trait\u00e9e a atteint un CBR final de 133,91 TP3T, soit plus du double de la r\u00e9sistance du sol naturel (65,21 TP3T), avec un dosage minimal en ciment (21 TP3T).<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'intervention de SoilTech, l'\u00e9quipe a effectu\u00e9 le compactage rapidement et avec peu d'\u00e9nergie, garantissant ainsi la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 totale et la tranquillit\u00e9 d'esprit du voisinage.<\/p>\n<p>Mais les avantages de SoilTech vont au-del\u00e0 de la phase de construction et se refl\u00e8tent dans la performance \u00e0 long terme de la route. M\u00eame sans couche d'asphalte, la route reste en excellent \u00e9tat apr\u00e8s trois ans d'utilisation continue, sans n\u00e9cessiter d'applications suppl\u00e9mentaires, de maintenance ou de
