Cette approche contr\u00f4l\u00e9e a permis d'\u00e9valuer l'interaction entre ExtracTech et chaque type de charbon actif.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque condition exp\u00e9rimentale a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9e en double, pour un total de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deux tests de contr\u00f4le<\/li>\n<li>Deux tests contenant ExtracTech<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans cet article repr\u00e9sentent la moyenne des deux tests men\u00e9s dans chaque condition.<\/p>\n<p>Les principales conditions exp\u00e9rimentales \u00e9taient :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solution standard contenant 10 ppm d'or<\/li>\n<li>Volume de solution de 1 litre<\/li>\n<li>pH d'environ 10,2<\/li>\n<li>Concentration de NaCN de 240 ppm<\/li>\n<li>Agitation continue<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9chantillonnage apr\u00e8s 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 et 24 heures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude a \u00e9valu\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cin\u00e9tique d'adsorption de l'or<\/li>\n<li>Efficacit\u00e9 d'adsorption de l'or<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>R\u00e9sultats avec du nouveau charbon actif<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de l'\u00e9valuation a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en utilisant du charbon actif neuf.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 qu\u2019ExtracTech n\u2019avait pas d\u2019effet n\u00e9gatif sur la cin\u00e9tique d\u2019adsorption de l\u2019or par rapport au t\u00e9moin. D\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re heure, les deux syst\u00e8mes avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 atteint des rendements d\u2019adsorption sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 94%. \u00c0 l\u2019issue de l\u2019essai de 24 heures, l\u2019adsorption d\u00e9passait 99% dans les deux conditions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tableau 1. Au bout de 24 heures, le syst\u00e8me ExtracTech a atteint une adsorption moyenne de 1 001 TP3T, contre 99,431 TP3T pour le t\u00e9moin.<\/p>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats indiquent qu'ExtracTech n'a pas r\u00e9duit la capacit\u00e9 d'adsorption du nouveau charbon actif dans les conditions \u00e9valu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>R\u00e9sultats avec du charbon actif r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La m\u00eame m\u00e9thodologie a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e en utilisant du charbon actif r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9, largement utilis\u00e9 dans les circuits industriels de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l&#x27;or.<\/p>\n<p>Comme observ\u00e9 avec du charbon actif neuf, la condition ExtracTech a montr\u00e9 un profil d'adsorption global comparable \u00e0 celui du contr\u00f4le tout au long de l'\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tableau 2. Selon le rapport technique, l'un des tests a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un \u00e9cart isol\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 la tendance attendue lors de la p\u00e9riode d'\u00e9chantillonnage initiale. Ce comportement a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 une variabilit\u00e9 analytique ou d'\u00e9chantillonnage plut\u00f4t qu'\u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence du biopolym\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 cette variabilit\u00e9, la condition ExtracTech a maintenu un profil d'adsorption coh\u00e9rent. Son r\u00e9sultat moyen \u00e9tait sup\u00e9rieur au contr\u00f4le \u00e0 cinq des six points d'\u00e9chantillonnage, avec un r\u00e9sultat l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieur enregistr\u00e9 au point de huit heures.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&#x27;issue de l&#x27;essai, le traitement ExtracTech a atteint une efficacit\u00e9 d&#x27;adsorption moyenne de 74,081 TP3T, contre 68,001 TP3T pour le t\u00e9moin. Cela repr\u00e9sente une diff\u00e9rence de 6,08 points de pourcentage.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour \u00e9valuer la compatibilit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que pour \u00e9tablir une sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9 de performance statistiquement significative. Les r\u00e9sultats soutiennent donc la conclusion que ExtracTech n'affecte pas n\u00e9gativement la cin\u00e9tique ou l'efficacit\u00e9 d'adsorption. La valeur d'adsorption finale plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e observ\u00e9e avec le charbon r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 est \u00e9galement un r\u00e9sultat positif qui pourrait m\u00e9riter une investigation plus approfondie dans des conditions d'exploitation sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l'installation.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Que montrent les r\u00e9sultats ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats r\u00e9pondent directement \u00e0 l'une des principales questions entourant l'utilisation d'ExtracTech dans la lixiviation de l'or : le biopolym\u00e8re n'a pas d'effet n\u00e9gatif sur la cin\u00e9tique ou l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'adsorption de l'or sur du charbon actif.<\/p>\n<p>Avec du charbon actif neuf, le syst\u00e8me contenant de l&#x27;ExtracTech a atteint, \u00e0 chaque point d&#x27;\u00e9chantillonnage, des valeurs d&#x27;adsorption \u00e9gales ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles du groupe t\u00e9moin. Il a atteint une adsorption moyenne de 100% au bout de 24 heures.<\/p>\n<p>Avec du charbon actif r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9, la condition ExtracTech a maintenu un profil de performance global comparable au contr\u00f4le. Bien que des variations aient \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es entre les points d'\u00e9chantillonnage, le syst\u00e8me contenant le biopolym\u00e8re a termin\u00e9 le test avec une efficacit\u00e9 d'adsorption moyenne sup\u00e9rieure de 6,08 points de pourcentage par rapport au contr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p>Pris ensemble, les r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9montrent qu'ExtracTech pr\u00e9serve les performances de l'adsorption sur charbon actif dans les conditions \u00e9valu\u00e9es. Le biopolym\u00e8re peut donc \u00eatre incorpor\u00e9 dans le circuit de lixiviation sans affecter n\u00e9gativement cette \u00e9tape critique en aval de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l'or.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude d\u00e9montre qu'ExtracTech peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans le processus de lixiviation de l'or sans affecter n\u00e9gativement la cin\u00e9tique ou l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'adsorption de l'or sur le charbon actif.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les tests men\u00e9s avec du charbon actif neuf et r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9, le biopolym\u00e8re a offert des performances comparables au t\u00e9moin. Les r\u00e9sultats confirment que sa pr\u00e9sence n'alt\u00e8re pas la capacit\u00e9 du charbon \u00e0 adsorber l'or dans les conditions de test \u00e9valu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Ces donn\u00e9es techniques confirment la compatibilit\u00e9 d\u2019ExtracTech avec les circuits de lixiviation de l\u2019or qui utilisent du charbon actif pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l\u2019or.
