Utilizzando MF003, \u00e8 stato possibile solidificare il fango con acqua libera in un massimo di 30 minuti, consentendo una gestione e uno smaltimento sicuri dei rifiuti.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left; font-size: 24px; font-weight: bold; color: #f36c21; margin-top: 30px;\">La sfida della gestione dei rifiuti nei progetti HDD<\/h2>\n<p>Come \u00e8 comune nelle operazioni HDD, il processo genera grandi volumi di fanghi derivanti dalla miscela di terreno scavato, fluido di perforazione e acqua. Quando questo rifiuto contiene ancora acqua libera, deve essere completamente solidificato per un corretto smaltimento a causa del rischio di lisciviazione durante il trasporto su strade pubbliche, che pu\u00f2 portare a preoccupazioni ambientali e normative.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-167815\" src=\"https:\/\/www.metaflotech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Logo-MF003.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prima di implementare la MF003, l'azienda responsabile del progetto utilizzava un metodo alternativo per convertire i fanghi di perforazione in materiale solido. Tuttavia, il processo non era sufficientemente efficiente.<\/p>\n<p>Per consentire lo smaltimento, \u00e8 stato necessario incorporare nel materiale una quantit\u00e0 compresa tra 100% e 200% di terreno secco, seguita da un periodo di essiccazione della durata massima di una settimana. Questa procedura ha rallentato il processo, aumentato il volume finale dei rifiuti e incrementato in modo significativo i costi logistici.<\/p>\n<p>Alla ricerca di una soluzione pi\u00f9 efficiente per garantire il progresso del progetto, il Dipartimento dell'Ambiente responsabile dell'operazione ha deciso di applicare il MF003, un prodotto ecologicamente sicuro che consente la rapida solidificazione dei fanghi, elimina i rischi di lisciviazione e permette un corretto smaltimento dei rifiuti.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left; font-size: 24px; font-weight: bold; color: #f36c21; margin-top: 30px;\">Come \u00e8 stata solidificata la fanghiglia HDD?<\/h2>\n<p>Prima dell&#x27;applicazione, il dosaggio del reagente di solidificazione MF003 \u00e8 stato calcolato e regolato in base al tenore di umidit\u00e0 della sospensione generata durante l&#x27;operazione, raggiungendo un valore massimo di 0,75% per un volume di 6,5 m\u00b3 di materiale.<\/p>\n<p>Una volta definito il dosaggio appropriato, MF003 \u00e8 stato applicato direttamente alla fanghi generati dall'operazione di HDD.<\/p>\n<p>Per incorporare il reagente nel materiale \u00e8 stato utilizzato l'escavatore presente in cantiere per mescolare il prodotto con la fanghiglia fino a ottenere una completa omogeneizzazione.<\/p>\n<p>Entro 30 minuti, l'acqua libera presente nel materiale \u00e8 stata assorbita, trasformando i rifiuti in un materiale solido e impilabile. Ci\u00f2 ha eliminato il rischio di lisciviazione e ha consentito una manipolazione, un trasporto sicuri e uno smaltimento ecologicamente compatibile.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" font-weight: bold; color: #f36c21; margin-top: 30px;\">Volume Finale dei Rifiuti<\/h2>\n<p>Uno dei principali vantaggi in termini di efficienza derivanti dalla solidificazione dei fanghi da HDD con MF003 \u00e8 l\u2019eliminazione della necessit\u00e0 di aggiungere grandi volumi di terreno secco, utilizzando dosaggi minimi pari a 0,75%.<\/p>\n<p>Questi bassi dosaggi di prodotto si traducono in un volume di scarti finali significativamente ridotto rispetto ai metodi tradizionali.<\/p>\n<p>In pratica, questo significa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; color: #f36c21;\"><strong>meno camion richiesti per il trasporto<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; color: #f36c21;\"><strong>meno spazio necessario per lo stoccaggio o lo smaltimento<\/strong><\/li>\n<li
