La principale preoccupazione del team di ingegneria era come ottenere la necessaria compattazione e resistenza del suolo senza che le vibrazioni dei macchinari interferissero con le abitazioni circostanti.<\/p>\n<p>I metodi tradizionali di stabilizzazione richiedono molti passaggi di un rullo compattatore e un'alta energia vibrante, il che potrebbe causare disagio o persino compromettere l'integrit\u00e0 strutturale delle case vicine.<\/p>\n<p>Pertanto, era necessaria una soluzione che potesse fornire la resistenza strutturale (CBR) richiesta dal progetto, garantendo al contempo un processo di compattazione pi\u00f9 rapido e scorrevole che richiedesse uno sforzo meccanico minimo durante l'esecuzione.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f36c21;\"><strong>LA SOLUZIONE<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>L'innovazione scelta per il progetto \u00e8 stata SoilTech, un biopolimero avanzato MetaFLO derivato dalle alghe.<\/p>\n<p>Il principale vantaggio di SoilTech in questo scenario \u00e8 stato il suo elevato potere lubrificante. Incorporato nella ghiaia lateritica gialla, il biopolimero migliora il comportamento meccanico del suolo. Il fondo trattato ha raggiunto un CBR finale di 133,91 TP3T, pi\u00f9 che raddoppiando la resistenza del terreno naturale (65,21 TP3T), utilizzando un dosaggio minimo di cemento (21 TP3T).<\/p>\n<p>Grazie all'intervento di SoilTech, il team ha eseguito la compattazione in modo rapido e con un ridotto dispendio energetico, garantendo la totale sicurezza e tranquillit\u00e0 del quartiere.<\/p>\n<p>Ma i benefici di SoilTech si estendono oltre la fase di costruzione e si riflettono nelle prestazioni a lungo termine della strada.
