Fluxos de res\u00edduos l\u00edquidos pesados, como lama de escava\u00e7\u00e3o hidra\u00falica ou fluidos de perfura\u00e7\u00e3o direcional horizontal (HDD), podem ser solidificados no local com uma dose muito baixa de reagente MetaFLO, reduzindo a pegada de carbono, o volume de res\u00edduos, o custo e o risco, resultando em um s\u00f3lido de f\u00e1cil manejo, ideal para descarte em aterro ou como material limpo adequado para reaproveitamento ben\u00e9fico.<\/p>\n<p>Os m\u00e9todos tradicionais de gerenciamento de lamas residuais geralmente envolvem o aumento do volume dos res\u00edduos ou o tratamento com um aditivo que aumente o volume em 50 a 300% ou adicione um contaminante aos res\u00edduos \u2014 o que, em ambos os casos, gera problemas para os operadores de aterros sanit\u00e1rios.\u00a0 Os materiais de aumento de volume utilizados para atender aos crit\u00e9rios de s\u00f3lidos, como cinzas volantes, serragem ou outros aditivos secos, podem conter contaminantes ou liberar fluidos no aterro, afetando os sistemas de capta\u00e7\u00e3o de lixiviados. Em todos os casos, os m\u00e9todos de aumento de volume expandem desnecessariamente o volume dos res\u00edduos e reduzem a vida \u00fatil dos aterros.<\/p>\n<p>Os reagentes da MetaFLO reduzem significativamente o volume do res\u00edduo. Sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o atingir\u00e1 os crit\u00e9rios regulat\u00f3rios de s\u00f3lidos com doses extremamente baixas, frequentemente t\u00e3o baixas quanto meio por cento.
