Utilizando o MF003, foi poss\u00edvel solidificar a lama com \u00e1gua livre em at\u00e9 30 minutos, permitindo o manuseio e descarte seguros do res\u00edduo.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left; font-size: 24px; font-weight: bold; color: #f36c21; margin-top: 30px;\">O desafio da gest\u00e3o de res\u00edduos em projetos de perfura\u00e7\u00e3o direcional horizontal (HDD)<\/h2>\n<p>Como \u00e9 comum em opera\u00e7\u00f5es de perfura\u00e7\u00e3o direcional horizontal (HDD), o processo gera grandes volumes de lama resultante da mistura de solo escavado, fluido de perfura\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e1gua. Quando esse res\u00edduo ainda cont\u00e9m \u00e1gua livre, ele deve ser completamente solidificado para o descarte adequado, devido ao risco de lixivia\u00e7\u00e3o durante o transporte em vias p\u00fablicas, o que pode acarretar problemas ambientais e regulat\u00f3rios.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-167815\" src=\"https:\/\/www.metaflotech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Logo-MF003.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Antes de implementar o MF003, a empresa respons\u00e1vel pelo projeto utilizava um m\u00e9todo alternativo para converter os res\u00edduos da perfura\u00e7\u00e3o em material s\u00f3lido. No entanto, o processo n\u00e3o era suficientemente eficiente.<\/p>\n<p>Para viabilizar o descarte, era necess\u00e1rio incorporar de 100% a 200% de solo seco ao material, seguido de um per\u00edodo de secagem de at\u00e9 uma semana. Esse procedimento tornava o processo lento, aumentava o volume final de res\u00edduos e elevava significativamente os custos log\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p>Buscando uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o mais eficiente para garantir o progresso do projeto, o Departamento Ambiental respons\u00e1vel pela opera\u00e7\u00e3o optou por aplicar o MF003, um produto ambientalmente seguro que permite a r\u00e1pida solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o da lama, elimina os riscos de lixivia\u00e7\u00e3o e possibilita o descarte adequado dos res\u00edduos.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left; font-size: 24px; font-weight: bold; color: #f36c21; margin-top: 30px;\">Como a pasta de perfura\u00e7\u00e3o direcional horizontal (HDD) foi solidificada?<\/h2>\n<p>Antes da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, a dosagem do reagente de solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o MF003 foi calculada e ajustada de acordo com o teor de umidade da pasta gerada durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, chegando a 0,75% para um volume de 6,5 m\u00b3 de material.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s definida a dosagem adequada, o MF003 foi aplicado diretamente na lama gerada pela opera\u00e7\u00e3o de perfura\u00e7\u00e3o direcional horizontal (HDD).<\/p>\n<p>Para incorporar o reagente ao material, utilizou-se a escavadeira dispon\u00edvel no local para misturar o produto com a pasta at\u00e9 que se obtivesse a homogeneiza\u00e7\u00e3o completa.<\/p>\n<p>Em 30 minutos, a \u00e1gua livre presente no material foi absorvida, transformando o res\u00edduo em um material s\u00f3lido e empilh\u00e1vel. Isso eliminou o risco de lixivia\u00e7\u00e3o e possibilitou o manuseio, o transporte e o descarte seguros, em conformidade com as normas ambientais.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" direcional horizontal (HDD) com MF003 \u00e9 a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o da necessidade de adicionar grandes volumes de solo seco, utilizando dosagens t\u00e3o baixas quanto 0,75%.<\/p>\n<p>Essas baixas dosagens de produto resultam em um volume final de res\u00edduos significativamente menor em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os m\u00e9todos tradicionais.<\/p>\n<p>Na pr\u00e1tica, isso
