Por meio de suas atividades de minera\u00e7\u00e3o e refino, ela produz um subproduto de res\u00edduos de lodo. Os clientes precisavam de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o eficiente de escava\u00e7\u00e3o e transporte para levar esse lodo para o aterro sanit\u00e1rio externo.<\/p>\n<h3><i class=\"ion-android-time\" style=\"padding-right: 5px; color: #ff6b03;\"><\/i> Data<\/h3>\n<p>End of September 2018<br \/>\n-<\/p>\n<h3><i class=\"ion-android-bulb\" style=\"padding-right: 5px; color: #ff6b03;\"><\/i> Solu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p>Durante o processo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o, a MetaFLO foi contratada para fornecer uma mistura e uma taxa de dosagem ideais para atingir os crit\u00e9rios de s\u00f3lidos necess\u00e1rios para a escava\u00e7\u00e3o e o transporte do lodo. Usando dados anal\u00edticos, a MetaFLO estimou uma taxa de dosagem de 1,1% por peso (com base em um alto teor de umidade). Foram recomendados recipientes de mistura grandes para aumentar o contato com a superf\u00edcie e a efici\u00eancia durante o processo de mistura com baldes. Nenhuma amostra estava dispon\u00edvel no momento.<\/p>\n<h3><i class=\"ion-android-done-all\" style=\"padding-right: 5px; color: #ff6b03;\"><\/i> Resultado<\/h3>\n<p>A Tervita Corporation utilizou o reagente MetaFLO para solidificar aproximadamente 4.000 m3 de lodo. Dois silos de 35m3 foram colocados no local e carregados com um composto de lodos \"mais pesados\" e \"mais leves\". A taxa de dosagem originalmente estimada foi precisa, pois o tratamento real teve uma m\u00e9dia de aproximadamente 30 libras de reagente MetaFLO MF006 por m3 de lodo. Todo o material foi enviado com seguran\u00e7a para o aterro sanit\u00e1rio externo da Vale.
