A principal preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o da equipe de engenharia era como obter a compacta\u00e7\u00e3o e a resist\u00eancia do solo necess\u00e1rias sem que a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o das m\u00e1quinas interferisse nas resid\u00eancias vizinhas.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9todos tradicionais de estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o exigem muitas passagens de um rolo compactador e alta energia de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o, o que pode causar desconforto ou at\u00e9 comprometer a integridade estrutural de casas pr\u00f3ximas.<\/p>\n<p>Portanto, era necess\u00e1ria uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o que pudesse fornecer a resist\u00eancia estrutural (CBR) exigida pelo projeto, garantindo ao mesmo tempo um processo de compacta\u00e7\u00e3o mais r\u00e1pido e homog\u00eaneo, que demandasse um esfor\u00e7o mec\u00e2nico m\u00ednimo na execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f36c21;\"><strong>A SOLU\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>A inova\u00e7\u00e3o escolhida para o projeto foi a SoilTech, um biopol\u00edmero avan\u00e7ado da MetaFLO derivado de algas marinhas.<\/p>\n<p>A grande vantagem do SoilTech neste cen\u00e1rio foi seu alto poder de lubrifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando incorporado ao solo de brita later\u00edtica amarela, o biopol\u00edmero melhora o comportamento mec\u00e2nico do solo. Isso permitiu que as part\u00edculas se assentassem mais facilmente, atingindo a densidade ideal com um n\u00famero significativamente menor de passagens de equipamento e sem a necessidade de escarifica\u00e7\u00e3o excessiva ou vibra\u00e7\u00e3o pesada.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #f36c21;\"><strong>O RESULTADO<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>A efici\u00eancia da tecnologia foi comprovada na pr\u00e1tica. A base tratada atingiu um CBR final de 133,91 TP3T, mais do que o dobro da resist\u00eancia do solo natural (65,21 TP3T), utilizando uma dosagem m\u00ednima de cimento (21 TP3T).<\/p>\n<p>Gra\u00e7as \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o da SoilTech, a equipe executou a compacta\u00e7\u00e3o de forma \u00e1gil e com baixo consumo de energia, garantindo total seguran\u00e7a e tranquilidade para a vizinhan\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Mas os benef\u00edcios do SoilTech se estendem al\u00e9m da fase de constru\u00e7\u00e3o e se refletem no desempenho de longo prazo da estrada. Mesmo sem uma camada de asfalto, a estrada permanece em excelente estado ap\u00f3s tr\u00eas anos de uso cont\u00ednuo, sem a necessidade de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es adicionais, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o ou
