The Managing Team
As the CEO, Mr. Malik is responsible for leading, defining and executing on the company’s strategy. Defining differentiated go-to-market strategies and delivering on the company’s revenue and margin performance goals while supporting a triple-bottom line mission of People-Profit-Planet, is central to this role. Pompi has extensive experience in management consulting with over 28 years of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship experience growing both small and medium sized businesses well as establishing and scaling consulting services at several Fortune 500 companies.
Andrew McNabb is responsible for all revenue generation, operations and fulfillment activities at MetaFLO. Andrew has over 30 years of industry experience and has been with MetaFLO for over 10 years and is an expert in liquid waste solidification and has extensive expertise and experience in the solidification of liquid waste streams in a variety of industries and application areas. Scaling the business through an expanded partner ecosystem while managing sales, product innovation and operational execution, are key to this role.
As the CFO, Ms. Williams is responsible for all aspects of Finance and Marketing at MetaFLO. Susan has over 25 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, founding and developing several companies in Canada and the United States. She has a wide range of business expertise in such diverse areas as information systems, banking/finance, management consulting, training and education. Susan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).
